Wellness Policy

Dear guests,

In the wellness area, we ask you to respect the following rules, for everyone’s comfort and safety.

We ask you to:

  • Shower before using pool and wellness area.
  • Close the shower faucet after use.
  • Always use bathrobe, slippers and towels and robes where requested.
  • Supervise children at all times in pool and wellness. Children are admitted to the wellness only from 6 years of age – up to 16 years of age they must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • Respect the peace and quiet in the areas at all times.
  • Adhere to the dress code. In the pool area and the first part of the wellness zone, wearing swimwear is compulsory. In the second part of the wellness area, bathing attire is strictly forbidden.

It is not permitted to:

  • Inconvenience or disturb other guests or endanger yourself: no running or diving, no rough games in the wet zone, no music or shouting, nor consuming food, drink or smoke. Dogs and toys are banned from our complex.
  • Bringe your cell phone into the wellness. Taking pictures is, of course, strictly forbidden. Respect the privacy of people around you!
  • Bring your own infusion products to use in jacuzzi, sauna or steam room.

Bathing attire must meet the following requirements:

  • Men wear fitted swim trunks or briefs, with no pockets, zippers or buttons and a maximum kneecap length.
  • Ladies wear a tight-fitting bikini or swimsuit, with no pockets, zippers or buttons and a maximum length of kneecap and elbow.
  • Surf wear, thongs, t-shirts, leisure shorts, underwear,… are not allowed.

As a customer, you are responsible for the proper use of our wellness. Hotel Royal Astrid reserves the right to refuse people who do not comply with the regulations.

All damages caused to the wellness must be compensated. If due to this damage one of the wellness units can no longer be used, an additional amount of € 500.00 per unit will have to be paid, as compensation for the damage suffered.

The hotel is not responsible for possible accidents in and around the wellness center. Pregnant women, persons with heart conditions or guests with other conditions enter the wellness at their own risk.
